I am a mom to 2 girls (Shayel and Aliyah), a wife to one amazing man (David), a servant of 1 amazing faith community (Revolution), a lover of truth, a hater of injustice, a reader and writer, a thinker and poet, a graphic artist and an armchair theologian. I dream big, live large and try to stop long enough to soak up the sunshine so my leaves don’t wilt.
I love, live and serve in Fort Collins, CO. David and I are both artistic, and visionaries and our faith expressions tend to take on a creative, adventurous and experimental flavor…often getting us in trouble.
More than anything, I want my life to be an extravagant expression of Jesus’ passionate love and concern for his creation. I care about issues of justice, the environment and cross cultural missions (in particular the UK and Russia) and I am on a never-ending journey to discover how to best live the life God has set before me while experiencing relationship with him and with others.
I flounder often and fail frequently but thanks to God’s infinite grace and patience, I have moments when I soar and can see my life and the world for the amazing creation that it truly is…Glory to God.
