Lord’s Prayer (remix) chant
I really like this. And it’s very easy to chant, just ascend a scale five tones, then back down, up, etc.
Resources from Songs of a Revolution of Hope:
1. Our Father above us and all around us …
2. May Your unspeakable Name be revered.
3. Here on earth may Your kingdom come …
4. On earth as in heaven may Your will be done.
5. Give us today our bread for today.
4. Forgive us our wrongs as we forgive.
3. Lead us away from the perilous trial.
2. Liberate us from the evil.
1. For the kingdom is yours and yours alone
2. The power is yours and yours alone
3. The glory is yours and yours alone
4. Now and forever, amen.
5. Alleluia
4. Alleluia
3. Alleluia
2. Alleluia
1. Amen

Mak,
For some one who was all up in arm about The Destructor you sure are accepting of this heresy. “Forgive us our wrongs as we forgive.” Come on! If people sing this song they’ll start to think that God is in the business of forgiveness. Then everyone will start asking God for forgiveness and expecting God to forgive them? No matter what they’ve done??? Give me a break. What kind of God are you emerging types trying to show to people? And “Alleluia?” What’s that, some sort of zen, hindu, meditation, mantra? The heresy!
I guess I should mention that this shouldn’t be taken seriously.
happy sabbath,
steve
