final advent reflections…

**UPDATE** Grandma Malmberg transitioned to her eternal home yesterday evening while we were at my parents for Christmas Eve celebrations. All her family was there with her except for David who already saw her on Sunday and David’s brother who lives in Canada. It’s sad for us but so joyful for her. David’s doing well, once the holidays are over he’ll have more breathing room to process and grieve.

Thank you all for your prayers and kind words.

…will be coming. But for now, please pray for my husband David and his family. His grandma (who he lived with growing up and helped raise him) is dying and may enter her eternal home as soon as the the next 72 hours. It will be a sweet release for her as she has been suffering from dementia the last few months but obviously will be especially hard for her loved ones this time of year. We will probably be going to see her today depending on the update we get from David’s mom - fortunately she’s in Denver and not further away.
