My response to being tagged finally
1. What’s the most fun work you’ve ever done, and why? (two sentences max)
Probably work study in college. I got paid to work theater lights and sound. Anything with theater is cool. I’m a geek.
2. Name one thing you did in the past that you no longer do but wish you did? (one sentence max)
Now everyone will know I’m a geek.
Two things, flying lessons, and acting. Not in that order, but it’s so close I had to put both.
3. Name one thing you’ve always wanted to do but keep putting it off? (one sentence max)
Sky-diving, like my wife. She rocks!
4. What two things would you most like to learn or be better at, and why? (two sentences max)
I’d like to learn other languages. Russian and Hebrew. But I had a hard time with Spanish so I need a miracle!
5. If you could take a class/workshop/apprentice from anyone in the world living or dead, who would it be and what would you hope to learn? (two more sentences, max)
Micheal Frost. He’s the first person I ‘ran’ into when God was putting all this crazy stuff in my head about ‘church’ and I realized that I wasn’t the only crazy one out there.
6. What three words might your best friends or family use to describe you?
Creative, Passionate, Compassionate.
7. Now list two more words you wish described you…
Anointed and brilliant.
8. What are your top three passions? (can be current or past, work, hobbies, or causes– three sentences max)
Being a part of our service, and everything that goes with that. Teaching/speaking, imparting vision, and most importantly, building relationships and learning. That’s not limited but it’s my wonderful focus right now.
Creativity of all kinds. Acting is my strength in that area, but I love the creative process and love that we serve a creative creator.
I’ve always been a closet environmentalist, in the charismatic evangelical church. It’s nice to know there’s people out there who share my concern. So I’m coming out! So yes, I had a fear of man. hehe.
9. Write–and answer–one more question that YOU would ask someone (with answer in three sentences max)
If God didn’t exist, what religion would you be?
Jedi

so with you on the Jedi thing…
LOL
Yeah, it’s kind of a running gag with a bunch of us.
It’s amazing that a sci-fi idea, turned movie, actually started a religion.
But wait, didn’t Scientology start something like that.
But I’d rather be a Jedi than a Scientologist.
Good thing there’s Jesus or I’d be confused…like I was for the first part of my life.
Wow, your wife sky dives?!
