Sisters are GREAT

My girls are possibly the best sisters on the planet - and yes, it’s my mama bias speaking. Shayel is so patient and kind (as much as any 3.5 year old can be) and Aliyah is enraptured by her. First, Shayel was in the bath and Aliyah was in the bathroom just watching her and playing with the bath towel and a few toys Shayel tossed to her. Now, they are in t he living room playing with Shayel’s animals - Shayel has given several to Aliyah and Aliyah is just following Shayel around while she plays. It has now been 1.5 hours that neither of them have needed me and they have just been interacting with eachother. Ok, so yes, I know Aliyah is 7 months old and something will burst my bubble soon…but keep your wet blanket comments to yourself and let me enjoy my princesses.
This is how Aliyah nurses - I don’t know what is up with that foot but she also kicks that same foot when she’s sitting and eating solids. I just love how goofy my girls are. Shayel is so fun and creative and Aliyah seems to be following in her footsteps. What on earth are we going to do with 2 goofy imaginative girls?! Have lots of fun I’m sure. And who knows how the kids we are going to adopt will be - we may end up with a house full of jesters.
